Shipping policy

Free economy/standard ground shipping is only applicable to online orders totaling US$30 or more and cannot be combined with any product or order discounts. Free standard ground shipping is limited to buyers with shipping addresses located within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping applies only to orders that can be shipped via standard parcel carriers, such as UPS Ground or USPS. Orders that are too large, heavy, or otherwise unsuitable for standard parcel shipment and require palletized motor freight (LTL) are not eligible for free shipping.

If an order requires LTL freight, Seller will contact Buyer before shipment to advise them of the freight requirement and associated shipping cost. An additional invoice will be issued for the applicable LTL freight charges, which must be paid by Buyer prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

All orders will be shipped directly from Houston, Texas, United States of America, or from other stocking locations within the United States.

All orders containing in-stock items will generally be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt. Seller will notify Buyer if an order cannot be fulfilled within two business days due to stock availability or other shipment delays. Buyer will be informed of the estimated lead time for any backordered items.

Orders qualifying for free standard ground shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or another standard parcel service at the sole discretion of Seller. Any request by Buyer for expedited shipping, special shipping arrangements, or a specific carrier or service level will be at Buyer’s expense.
