Shipping Policy

Free economy/ standard ground shipping is only applicable to online orders totaling US$100 or more, and cannot be combined with order discounts. Free standard ground shipping is limited to buyers with shipping addresses located within the United States, excluding Alaska & Hawaii.
All domestic orders will be shipped directly from Houston, Texas United States of America and other stocking locations within United States.

International orders are subject to country specific shipping fees, and may be shipped directly from USA, China, Thailand, or Vietnam to international customers. For specific requests or questions please Contact Us as we offer extreme flexibility for our international customers. International orders will come with standard lead time of 10 days if expedited, however more shipping options are available for specific requests. 

All US orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt. Seller will notify buyer if order cannot be fulfilled within 2 days due to stock availability issue and any delay in shipment. Buyer will be informed of the lead time required for the backorder.

All US orders with free standard ground shipping will be shipped via Standard UPS Ground, USPS or motor freight (LTL) at the sole discretion of the Seller. Any request for expedited shipping or special shipping arrangement by buyer will be at buyer's expense.
