Return Policy

The Seller will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for returns, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns will be accepted for the exchange or replacement of defective materials, parts, or products, in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. The Seller will accept returns for products shipped incorrectly due to Seller error without restocking charges and will provide return shipping labels or BOLs for such returns. No used or damaged products, parts, or materials may be returned by the buyer under any circumstances.

Credit Memo or refund for the returns will be granted to buyer after inspection and acceptance approval by the Seller. 

A restocking fee will be applied for returns due to incorrect product orders, buyer error, or any reason not covered by the warranty terms and conditions approved by the Seller. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and arrangements for such returns, subject to the following conditions:

Items or materials returned within the first 30 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for full credit or a full refund, provided they are properly packaged, complete, unused, not installed, and in resalable condition.

Returns for items purchased within 31-60 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The Seller reserves the right to impose either a minimum 40% restocking fee or deny credit for damaged or used products. Returns will not be accepted beyond 60 days from the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
